So which is it, "test scafolding" or "junk DNA"
I don't really know for sure what the code does but because it contains only line comments, it looks like a working piece of programing- not junk.
Is it a smoking gun? Hardly. Currently it's simply a text file. To me it's like handing someone a spark plug and asking them what it does when they've never seen an engine.
Sorry Robert but I must say your treatment of this "evidence" reminds me of the great Oz behind the curtain.
