"In a collective sense"
Deciding what's morally right in a "collective sense" is six wolves and four sheep deciding what's for dinner. How else does anything get decided "collectively?"
We fought a Civil War over whether democracy alone should decide morality. You might notice that the Left gets pretty stubborn about some moral issues they support even though these issues keep losing popular votes again and again. If this was really about collective decision making on moral issues, why is this so?
