Well, now that I think about it, I suppose that description does also cover non-American Anglo-Saxons with a policy of Manifest Destiny.

The lust for the eventual "Fall of Amerikkka" oozed out of those student-union pamphlet jockeys years ago, and the only thing that's changed is that now the pamphlet jockeys have political power and can actually try to bring it about. Obama reeks of it.

You might want to go back and read "Starship Troopers" again.
