If you really believe expertise, or even success, in an objective technical discipline automatically implies competence in a subjective, philosophical field, then it's no wonder you've managed to convince yourself you can justify your voodoo politics by invoking bogus logic and research.
I'll match my educational and professional achievements any day to yours, (as can many of your other critics here, I might add), but they certainly haven't led me to anywhere near the same conclusions, or the same arrogance. Then again, I've never felt the need to convince myself one had anything to do with the other.
As for my implied lack of reason, objectivity and principle, that is just the sort of slur to be expected from your end of the spectrum these days. However, I will happily concede your accusation of my disdain for ideology. It can only serve to poison weak and impressionable minds.
