Interesting. Most of the concern seems to be less about economic growth than the nagging fear that somebody, somewhere, is going to be able to keep a bit more of their own damn money.
And that we won't be able to take more of it away to do things we want to do with it.
Cripes, it's already firmly established that the wealthy pay almost all of the freight by themselves already. What's enough?
