You're still missing the point. The man comes up with a tax plan that will benefit him but will weigh heavily on the poor and middle class. But then what else is new. It's not about total amounts; it's about percentages. You take 10% from a wealthy person, they won't even feel it. You take 10% from a very poor person and it can be the difference between feeding their children or letting them go hungry.
