In either case, it's not important. At least five of the Republican candidates are talking about eliminating that tax.
This is how things work, Eri. A nation becomes wealthy when people can make money in it. Period. For example, we had a surplus in 2000 because a hell of a lot of people were getting very rich and selling a hell of a lot of stock.
You will not make this nation work by punishing people who make money.
