I was right but nobody noticed
Back when the Bush tax cuts were impemented, I said he had no business mokeying with the tax structure. Tampering with it leads to uncertainty and fluctuation in how a business is to be run. Yo-yo-ing tax rates cause short term planning. The tax rates will return to the level of the 1990's boom when the rates and the economy produce the last balanced budget. But todays economy can't support the old level.
I give up, who cares...
EDIT: I made an error. The there should have been some tax cuts because the old rates couldn't be supported but a middle ground needed to be found and the rates should have then be made permanent. Should.
