I heard on the TV news the other night that in the US, the gap between the rich and the poor is the largest in any Western country. You get so many rich and so many poor and you're going to end up in class warfare. The rich may win; however, heads will eventually roll (to quote the French Revolutionists). There is genuine hatred in this country for the wealthy because of that gap. Too many people can't put bread on their tables while the rich get richer. Yet the Republican'ts are scared shitless that any money is going to be taken out of their pockets to help the poor they created. And that trickle down crap doesn't fly. The only trickle is up and it becomes a raging river by the time it gets to the top.
The wealthy should have been creating jobs but instead, they're holding onto what they've got and not doing jack shit with it.
