It doesn't matter what they blinking pay people for, it's money and the people are going to spend it to live, not stuff it in their friggin' mattresses. Which is more than the banks are doing. They HAVE stuffed it all in their mattresses. Banks are the problem. So tax the SOB's and give the money to someone who WILL put it in circulation. They shouldn't be rewarded for sitting on their hands while the economy burns.
