$73M is NOT a negligible amount. That $73M could have been spent on armor for our troops and their vehicles in Iraq which the Republicans denied them. There are a helluva lot of deaths that $73M could have prevented. I lay those right at the feet of the Republicans. But, of course, you'll turn around say that it's the Dems fault that no armor was sent over by a Republican administration and DOD. Your jackass leaders, ie Newt Gingrich wanted power at all costs. Well he got it--for awhile and then like all assholes, he fell from grace.
