Well....as I sit here and fight my cat for my coffee I consider this whole mess.

I don't have a Union mentality though, and that infuriates those that do.

When my husband first hired on at Lockheed, when it was General Dynamics over thirty years ago, he was privy to the Union thought processes, because he was hired on as an hourly wage earner...and was forced to belong to a Union. First day on the job, he came home that night and informed me he was going to become management as soon as possible.
First hand accounts from my husband led me to believe that Union workers are an unmotivated lot. Someone else does the thinking for them. THAT kind of control would give me ajada. It is alot like big government. I have to have some control over my life...because as it is, there is so much I have no control over.

Collective bargaining? Are they really bargaining for the collective?
