A lot of Union jobs are crap that someone has to do so there won't be a lot of motivation. Just because Union workers aren't geniuses doesn't mean they don't have the right to make a living wage or have health benefits. As far as I know, there are no IQ tests to get asthma, heart disease, cancer or catch the flu.

Collective bargaining go them a living wage. I personally believe they went too far which helped kill our auto industry but that doesn't mean they're not valuable. If it weren't for the Unions, those guys who put your car together would have been making minimum wage and personally, I want someone putting my car together who isn't worried about how he's going to feed his family that night or pay their medical bills. I'd like my brakes to actually work. You don't pay people and you get shit like we get out of China. Substandard shit.
