It says revenues "surged" when taxes where cut, but the line graph shows the exact opposite! WTF is wrong with you? It clearly shows revenues decreasing with tax cuts.
And for the thousandth time, look at the decrease in revenues from the 2008 crash. You guys who constantly claim these higher deficits are from increased spending NEVER take into account the $500B+ revenue loss.
