Re: Re: Re: Obama addressed this during the election.

These "rumors" all started with the Clinton presidential campaign for starters. Her friend of a lawyer filed papers in court for goodness sakes. Tell Clinton they were "unofficial charges". She and her fans sure thought it was worthy of investigation. Now it's all the republicans fault even if we debunk it because Trump entered the scene.

I know all about being vetted for security reasons and waiting for weeks to be cleared by the FBI and DOD, but that has nothing to do with putting your records in public view as President of the United States. Other presidents have and how much more "bring more publicity" to it can it already be? He could end this with a slap in the face right now, but he shouldn't have to because he might have to defend himself makes no sense to me.

Obama's lawyers sealed all his records and even threatened to sue if they were released, that's how we know. The point is he is the one who promised an administration of the highest ethics and transparency.

So it's the thoughtful Republicans fault that Obama doesn't just release the papers to end this. Your "effectively enough" is one simple action, not having to produce a production.
