War and peace and antisemitism

All right, wars are needed to correct a situation where our lives and freedom are at stake, agreed.
But, at one point, somebody has to stop it, wheather the victor by persuasion or the vanquished when he's got no other option.
And here come the words, words that can either establish a definitive peace (by avoiding a total humiliation to the vanquished) or merely suspend a critical situation that could start over again.

Antisemitism has existed in Europe for centuries and after the Dreyfuss affair brought up by Emile Zola, the matter became wide known. It's true that in Europe antisemitism and colonialism were considered normal until WW2 when both became our shame.
