My list wouldn't be quite the same as yours, but it would have a few names in common.
It says much about the differences between Iraq and the United States that Iraq thinks the shield trick would work on us. Piling Iraqi civilians around our military facilities sure as hell wouldn't keep Saddam from bombing them. Wonder if this occurs to any of those going over there.
