Bowser dreams of individuals that are totally benificent. Unspoiled and unspoilable by greed, expedience and all the human foibles that are part of reality.

Any form of government or economic system would probably work fine with folks like that in charge.

In spite of the obvious greed factor in our system, only free enterprise co-exists with democracy.
