<You don't have the numbers to judge or the psychology to understand "most women", let alone compare me to the larger group.
It's fascinating how there are so many things only women can apparently understand, but if one mentions anything that only men can understand...whoa!
I don't have enough information to compare you to anybody. I don't know your history, who your husband is, or how many kids you have. If you've mentioned it in past posts, I've forgotten. It isn't my business anyway.
I don't have general surveys of all women. I only know what I know from women I know personally enough that they were willing to share that they had miscarriages. All of them had looked at it as a lost baby. Take it for what it's worth.
And so help me, the next time I hear that "we" are pregnant, I'll throw up. Until the child is born, the only thing the man has is, we hope, an emotional attachment.
Okay, if you want to be technical about it, my wife was pregnant. However, it was our baby.
