I wouldn't call that a frivolous law suit, would you?

There are ligit law suits and there are BS ones. Most people know what the BS ones are.

Suing McDonalds because one is fat is a wonderful example.

What kind of lawsuit is that? Did this happen?

"They forced me to eat those hamburgers. They put a gun to my head. That is why my butt is fat. I am suing"

I don't think so. It would be funny if it wasn't so pitiful.
