Here in Texas, tort reform is very high on the agenda.
The lawyers sold a real pile of bs to the public regarding mold, and got rich...and nearly destroyed the insurance industry we all depend on. They will get restrained here in Texas this year if there is any justice and equity.
The lawyers, inspite of their false claims to the contrary, are one of the major driving forces in the national medical crisis.....and at least in Texas will be likely dealt with this session as well.
