Setting fire to anything in a classroom is illegal in California. You can't even smoke on any campus - anywhere. That makes the teacher not only an A$$ - but setting a fire endangers many young elementary school kids lives and giving them second hand smoke.
(Not to mention...he's polluting the precious atmosphere and contributing to global warming)
...and to burn the flag in front of young kids to make some political statement...
is in my opinion, a form of lower forces reaching up via the willing channel of a teacher and grabbing the children by the throat.
Yes, all evil has equal good in opposition - so this event, like all, shall be balanced out - but is symptomatic of the failures of our educational system to safe guard our children.
let's say it's Evil and Good. Good because people become aware of a large problem.
