The fundamental flaw in clinton is ambiguity, a close second is self-absorption. There is no way he would be anymore decisive on this than he was in any other of the myriad of leadership opportunities he blew.He blew nearly everyone, preferring to sew discord instead of consensus, doubt instead of resolution, and self importance over service.
