Here's an article from Salon detailing the "alleged" anti-terrorism efforts by the Clinton administration. IF Gore continued in this track, nothing different would have happened regarding OBL and 911. For those memory impaired, we spent the 90s doing little to nothing of a substantive nature to respond to the multiple instances of mass murders of US citizens by terrorists.
