Part of usual stratgey to weaken government employee unions

Gosh, gee, do you think Arthur Anderson is going to have to come up with the cash to pay them back? Or Anderson's bonding company, if it exists? Or their insurers?

The time to attach the Anderson assets is now. The Florida state employee unions should move Sunday, to file first thing Monday.
