<After all he is the one with carpal tunnel syndrome, vasovagal syncope, as well as a detached empathy gland.
I don't have carpal yet, and could keep this up for months. I'm sure that's good news. Thanks for your concern!
I had to look vasovagal up, which wasn't easy because you misspelled it. I faint a lot? Maybe you meant something else, or maybe the stuff I write looks kind of like my head fell on the keyboard.
"Detached empathy gland." Geez, save it for the rubes.
The political liberal's definition of empathy and compassion is forcing others do kind deeds. Not buying it, never will.
It's worth remembering that there are other "liberals" out there, the quiet ones. You can find them (along with a lot of conservatives) in soup kitchens, volunteering in hospitals, doing church work, building houses in Mexico, giving money--their own money--to charity, and helping out people in their neighborhood who need it. You don't hear too much from these people--they tend not to wind up in politics.
Their efforts are ignored by the political liberals, since obviously nothing these quiet people do will change the world in the massive and all-inclusive way the politicians think it needs, and since obviously there is no political power to be gained from such actions. Unless, of course, the politician goes out and gets his own hands dirty, and aside from a few soup kitchen photo ops, I don't see this happening often.
