Well, nothing like the claim that if an army occupies a territory there is established a right of eminent domain, the country of the occupying army has the right to establish towns within that territory for all time.
Obviously, the Israelis occupied the Sinai. And, they seemed to have given it back. (Any settlements there? Wonder why not, besides it being a hellhole?)
You seem to have gone from creative to almost absurd. You made an interesting case at first, not one which would hold water, but it did have some merit.
But trying to say that the '67 armistice didn't restore the pre-'67 borders, in very large part, seems silly.
