Castr has played Carter like a violin for over twenty years.
Carter is an ignoramous of historical proportions when it comes to real policy.
Under Carter's watch, the USSR expanded to its maximum size of influence, Cuba sent mercenary armies to Africa and CAstro emptied his prisons on the USA.
If I were President I would tell Jimmy jack shit.
