First, I (regretably, in hindsight) confess to having voted for Jimmah Carter as President. I do say that it appears that he was done a disservice by not having the proper caveats clearly outlined to him prior to the trip. Even though this administration and I were undoutably less than thrilled with the prospect, he is an ex-President of the US and needed to be briefed properly.
