As editorialized here it's great to see Bush II finally show some sack and ignore the "professional" advice from the careerists at the state department. Basicly he said that the US will not even talk to the Palestinians until they get their act together and replace the duplicitous terrorist Arrafat. Only THEN will the US turn and demand that Israel go back to earlier borders. He finally broke the obvious useless cycle of making concessions to the terrorist murderers to get them to stop (temporarily of course) their latest spate of murder. So, No State for YOU until unless you get behind new democratic leaders with a demonstrated ability to curb most terrortist attacks. This serves notice to Arab govts that this bad behaviour is a no win.

So far the US media has shown that it is truely clueless and stupid by asking the wrong questions, questions about Israeli withdrawal. They entirely missed the point that Bush II said that the US is out of it and on the sidelines with Israel unfettered untill/unless the Palestinians re-org in a democratic, non-terrorist manner.
