Very little relevance to the comics in the application of international law. This case is one in which the criminal captured is not presently intitled to the applicable rights that attach to either POW's or those on American soil.
In short, he doesn't get a court appointed attorney, doesn't get his rights read, etc. until he sets foot on our soil.
Please don't take his into one of our Embassy's!
This is good privatization, we are sub-contracting out his interrogation, I am sure the Mossad will be happy to provide us with a transcript.
