Ummm physical torture is to be assumed...It was done before...
We have intentionally allowed suspects to be interrogated with physical violence... we handed them over to countries that are barbaric but "friendly" and taken them back after they softened them up...
Why do you think this guy is being taken to a third country for interrogation? Do you think we feel he might like the food there more?
He will be tortured... I can feel _NO_ sympathy for him, but I do worry at what this makes us look like... If he did plan the 11th attacks he deserves a lifetime of wishing for death... But Saddam tortures those he dislikes too... There IS a difference between justice and what makes us feel better...
