"Kohada's map of the site"
Contains structures that your picture does not have. Railroad-tracks (I assume) that your picture does not have. It seems to my (granted untrained) eye to be a different type of jet, Roads and road angles that don't match up and no signs of a "big training camp surrounding the jet".
The reason I didn't post is that I was watching what people who may be more qualified than myself said (not an aerospace engineer and I know very little about SpySat photo interpretation), and Khodas map is really wothless without a better legend or description of it. For example- the railroad tracks and what looks like an aquifer... Are those what the map is supposed to signify?
If this was the "BINGO", then I think we would have 10 page essay on it from the administration. If this really was the proof, I dount it would just be laying around unnoticed and largely uncommented in AvWeek.
Unfortunately, what this looks like is an abandoned (russian?) make small airliner sitting in the middle of nowhere.
HOWEVER, to give credit, it is at least a bit of support that CAN be discussed, which I take as at least a step in the right direction.
