When GWB took the reigns of power, it was a done deal.
He is literally taking over responsibility for the whole world......and sovereign nations be damned!
Although he uses God and our powerful military to make his case, it is obviously his decision that America will rule.
And damn the rest of the world!
We have to accept the US's dominance on the world scene.

We threw out 50 years of global treaties on peace and the environment, snubbed the UN and our allies and are going it alone......come hell or high water.
You and I can't stop it.
No other country can stop it.

Obviously, it's a moment who's time has come.
Although I disagreed from Day One, I am obliged to go along now.
If anything goes wrong, there is only one man and one party to blame for it.
250,000 troops and their families and our economy depends on the OUTCOME of this emboldened act.

But don't rest on your laurels yet. A taste of victory will have GWB pushing for autonomy everywhere on the globe, with himself at the helm.
After all, it's what Superpowers do.

All we can do is be spectators at this time in history. Like a big crap shoot, only days, weeks and months will be our mile marker.
Let's start trying to be positive as tough times surface.
Let's hope this can turn things around.

Let's cross our fingers.
