Smells fishy too
Saddam’s Regime knows that the anti-war crowd loves to jump on civilian casualties. I bet he has them put women and children on suicide vehicles, or at least vehicles pretending to be suicide. If this is true, it means that he is placating to the anti-war crowd, and that means they are responsible for some of the civilian deaths.
