I'm sure some American, British, and other foreign companies will benefit as well, but most of the labor jobs will go to Iraqi's who will benefit the most.
Fortunatly, the international arms market will have lost one of its best customers, which doesn't bode well for Russia, North Korea, and France.
Foreign investment will also likely flow into Kuwait and Saudi Arabia as those states will now be veiwed as more stable, and worthy of risk capital.
In fact, the entire region should be more stable which should discourage capital flight, and make foreign investments in the region more likely. It might not be as stable as Europe or the American economy; however, it will probably compare favorably to South America or certtain parts of Africa.
