You Forgot Iran, the Misery Index, Somalia, Ruanda, Al-Queda, and Iraq

I did forget to give Carter credit for a major accomplishment. Clinton failed in the middle east precisely for the same reason he failed to deal with Al-queda or Saddam. Failure to take a risky stand on principle. Like I said I voted for Clinton twice, but Seldom felt he was on the right track on foreign policy. The most notable world events during his tenure were events out of his control. The mentioned failures were his responsibility.
