Nope. Look at Cuba it's near us and we definitely do not agree with this regime. Currently we are not threatening to invade Cuba. Cuba is extremely weak, we could walk through the place. We do not because we made a dumb agreement when the entire world was threatened. And this agreement was made with a currently nonexisting nation. Though if Cuba did something really stupid, we probably would invade.

Yes, we went over this above.

"We threaten economically to punish other nation that do not agree with us."

Most of time we economically help nations we do not agree with.

"I think the word he was going for is along the lines of bully."

Walk softly and carry a big stick. We are a bully in the archaic sense.
