I know that Bush causes you to be scared- but that's not the same thing.
Btw, one advantage of having these embedded reporters is they could get a clue of what terror might be. Of course, putting them up on meat hooks and electrocuting them would be a quickier and easier way of getting the idea across- but this would only be a slice of the reality of living under regime which employs torture and terror to degrade the human spirit.
