Re: Tests Cast Doubt on Chemical Find

I'm beginning to wonder if there is any known substance that does NOT initially test positive for WMDs.

I suspect the testing protocol goes something like this:

A) Remove test strip from sealed package

B) Remove protective plastic cover from test strip

C) Insert marked end of strip in substance to be tested

D) Examine strip

E) If strip is wet, substance may be a liquid nerve agent.

Like I've said before, wait until Rumsfeld makes an announcement at a press conference. I don't know if you've noticed, with all the fuss raised by the press and reporters on site, but I have yet to see an official DOD news release on any of these finds, preliminary or otherwise.
