Not unexpected

The Bush administrations "case" about Iraq's WMDs was more hype than substance. Perhaps Iraq still possesses some vestigal remnants of its former inventory of chemical and biological weapons. But I suspect they got rid of the vast majority of the stuff in the late 1990's after it has all turned to useless sludge.
