Invading countries who harbor, fund or aid these terrorist does aid in the War against terrorism. How much effect it has remains to be seen. We have yet to be hit by terrorist, so that is a good sign.

The other choice is to do nothing and hope the terrorist do not attack again. We already tried that approach. It didn’t work.
