They don't exist
Mr. Bush said "we know he has them, we know where they are." Yet here it is months later and we still haven't found them. Mr. Bush has already admitted his claims about Iraq having nuclear weapons was a fabrication. His own staff dismiss his claims about Iraq's ties to Al Qaeda. And, Mr. Bush has stopped talking about Iraq having "hundreds of tons" of chemical and biological weapons because he knows that isn't true either.
The American people have been duped by this man, George Bush.
