another voice asking the right questions

Folks are finally starting to ask the right questions. Not how to 'fix' the shuttle or 'fix' NASA (again). But should NASA as we know it be saved? Is the NASA way the effective path to space? The last 30 years have not shown substantive progress in crewed space flight by my etrics.
