It isn't terrorism if you are attacking an armed military target

In actuality, a facility or individual recognized as military need not be armed to be legally targeted, merely be recognized as a threat -- and note that the terms â€œrecognizedâ€ and "threat" leave a wide philosophical doorway for or against righteous military action, violent or otherwise.
