This is all very SF so don't jump on me about energy, time or the amount of material needed to make a planet sized cloud of solar sails. I know...
Block all sunlight from reaching Venus untill the atmo freezes out with aforementioned solar sails.
Once it freezes out, throw it off the planet in the same tangential direction to spin Venus up slowly. Once all crap is removed, bring in good volatiles and slowly turn lights on.
What I don't know is the time it would take to cool suffeciently or if there is enough mass to spin Venus back up with realistic mass-driver velocities.
Kinda crazy but not as crazy as blowing the damn thing up. Who knows though, the Dyson cloud or ringworld might be the way to go. After all, a sphere is the minimum amount of surface area for a certain volume and humans are all about surface.
