Btw, FBC is not, I repeat, is not: "schedule pressure and lack of resources".
With FBC you could not have a situation of no schedule and one could have a situation of ample resources. FBC is about having small strong independent teams ("strong and independent" includes having ample ability to get any needed resource). Strict shedules and lack of resources is more of an indication of the opposite of FBC- a emphasis on top down management.
That's not my opinion; it's simply the facts:)
