Comparing the inconvenience of holiday phone schedules against xenocide seems a bit out of balance

Should we hang the bosses for their holiday schedule?
My boss made a surprise visit to my branch on New Year's Eve to make sure we did not shut down early. I would have been very happy for her to take the day off. But I did sell five policies, so all was not evil.
