But then a "Bait and Switch" is much closer to a "Red Herring" than a "Strawman" so I will admit your victory on that point.

But you must not now argue a "fallacy fallacy" where you assume that my argument is false simply because I made a fallacious statement. Both of us could play that game as you were very quick to jump into ad homenium mode!

I stand by the argument: The Bush team set up the Kerry people by giving them what they would think was Red Meat.
