Condi Rice said nobody could have dreamed that terrorists would take over planes and fly them into buildings. Does that sound like competence to you? Do you consider it truthful?
Planning for 911 started during the Cliton administration. The first world trade ceter bombing should have been our wake up call. Why weren't cockpit doors fortified back then? Why wasn't airport securtiy tightened?
If I remember right, the only thing we did was baracade the Whitehouse.
I think you need to spread some of that blame around.
